If someone were to ask me who the most special, influential, all around best person I know is, I have and will always tell them about you. The wisdom you exude has carried me through nearly 26 years of life and is something I utilize and think about DAILY. I live by the words you speak as they are extremely valuable ones. Don't sweat the small stuff, and everything is small stuff. Whatever will be will be. Do not worry about things you cannot control. These guidelines have saved me in many ways and helped me through times good and bad. You have taught me so many life lessons, morals, and shaped me into who I am today and I am so extremely grateful. There are countless core memories that I have with you, that I cherish so much. I will never forget you teaching me how to ride a bike. How I got so frustrated and wanted to give up, but you made me keep going. And I will NEVER forget how I felt in that moment. How angry I got but you showed me how to turn that into determination. To work for something I wanted. To set my mind to a goal and I could achieve anything. That is the first memory I remember being so proud of myself, all thanks to you. I often think about all those lessons you have taught us and how you came about learning those lessons as well. How you never gave up, worked so hard for every single thing you have, persevered through the toughest of times. At year 79, I have a wish for you. For one, I wish you another 79, because this world needs WAY more people like you. BUT I wish and hope you know how absolutely remarkable your legacy is.
